Onfloor Technologies, a family-owned manufacturer of planetary floor grinders, sanders, and vacuums, needed an e-commerce platform that could handle a technically complex catalog — machines, tools, replacement parts, and maintenance kits — while helping contractors and commercial buyers quickly find the right equipment for specific applications (concrete grinding, coating removal, wood floor resurfacing).
We built a Shopify-powered store organized by both product type (machines, tools, replacement parts) and by application (concrete grinding, polished concrete, mastic removal, wood & deck), making it easier for buyers to navigate a technical product range. Support resources — product manuals, how-to videos, an FAQ/knowledge center, and financing options — were integrated directly into the shopping experience to reduce pre-sale support inquiries for complex equipment purchases.
